A series finale refers to the last installment of an episodic entertainment series, most often the final episode of a television series. It may also refer to a final theatrical sequel, the last part of a television mini-series, the last installment of a literary series, or any final episode.

CatDog	"Meat Dog's Friends"	Dog finds out that meat comes from animals, which causes him to have a crisis of conscience since his friends are animals.
The Wild Thornberrys	"Eliza Unplugged"	Shane is ready to leave the Thornberrys to go back to his life as a pop star and Eliza has to be fast to tell Shane her true feelings for him before it's too late. But when Shane and Eliza have a little fight and Shane runs away Eliza must find him to make up and tell him her true feelings. Meanwhile, Marianne fears the girls are getting older and she's losing them. When Shane's plane arrives Shane says goodbye to each Thornberry and shares a kiss with Eliza. Eliza watches his plane take off and disappear from sight.

Invader Zim	"The Most Horrible X-Mas Ever"	The final episode of the series, and the series' Christmas episode. Was not originally meant to be the series finale, as the series was cancelled midway into its second season.
The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius	"The League of Villains"	The last episode in production order. A fourth season was planned, but scrapped due to DNA Production’s shutdown.
All Grown Up!	"Golden Boy"	It starts out with Lou holding a garage sale outside the Pickles house; Lou gives an old car to Drew and Stu, whereas Didi gets a shredder and starts to go crazy with it. After Lou tells Tommy about a baseball game, Tommy says he has a date with Rachel. So Lou takes Dil instead. Tommy starts to get jealous of Dil. When Lou takes the boys hiking, they start fighting to see who is the best grandson. After Lou fakes to be knocked out, the boys take him back home, feeling sorry for fighting. Later, Stu and Drew destroy the old car and Lou gets mad because it belonged to Elvis Presley. Lou writes the boys a note at the hospital and gives it to them, but Didi shreds it. Later that evening, Tommy pieces the shredded note back together and he and Dil soon discover that Lou's fainting was a prank - the note said "Gotcha."
My Life as a Teenage Robot	"Turncoats"	At the Invention Convention, Professor Wakeman's latest robot goes haywire. Soon after, all the previous XJ models begin to attack as well. It's up to Jenny and Professor Wakeman to find out why.
Danny Phantom	"Phantom Planet"	Vlad concocts a plan to humiliate Danny into hiding, unbeknownst to him that the world will need a hero when an asteroid hurtles toward Earth, threatening not only Earth, but the Ghost Zone as well. Vlad reveals his ghost-half to the entire world in order to gain world domination, but fails. Danny convinces every ghost to turn the whole Earth intangible to save it. Jazz ends up telling her parents Danny's secret after the Fenton jet crashes and they think Danny's inside. Danny reveals his secret to the world, which is accepted with great enthusiasm, gets a statue in the capital of every country, and ends up finally dating Sam.

Catscratch	"Duck and Cover"	Gordon is afraid of ducks, so Mr. Blik and Waffle set up a wrestling match for him to help him conquer his fear.

Back at the Barnyard	"Aliens!!!"	While they're planning to create a fake alien news story to scare away Mrs. Beady, Otis accidentally attracts actual space aliens who are bent on conquering Earth.
The Mighty B!	"C'mon Get Happy!"	Bessie and Happy plan to celebrate the anniversary of becoming best friends. However, Bessie keeps nagging Happy to do stuff while Happy just wants to relax. So, Happy then goes to a doggy bar where he meets a girl dog named Roxxy. Meanwhile, Bessie is waiting for Happy to show up at the ceremony. Later that night, Happy and Roxxy come home to see Bessie angry because Happy missed the ceremony. After an argument, Happy leaves Bessie to the airport. Happy then runs into K.G. Bianca who used Roxxy to lore him into the plane. Meanwhile, Bessie is looking for a new best friend but still can't get over the fact that Happy is gone. Then, Bessie finds out that K.G. Bianca stole Happy. So, she rides on a duck and flies to the plane. Bessie then finds Happy tied up and opens the cockpit, sending K.G. Bianca to the ocean. Bessie and Happy makeup and decide to have a quicky-Friendship Ceremony at Las Vegas, ending the series on a happy note.
Fanboy & Chum Chum	"Brain Freeze"	After discovering that the Berry Pink Frosty Freezy Freeze is discontinued, Fanboy and Chum Chum chase Berry down and the duo make the biggest Frosty Freezy Freeze ever, leading into a wild lunitic spree overnight. But when the boys wake up, they forgot everything that happened and even lost their underwear, so they enlist help from their friends while retracing their steps to recover their memory and find their underwear.
T.U.F.F. Puppy	"T.U.F.F. Break Up"	When the citizens of Petropolis no longer appreciate T.U.F.F., Dudley, Kitty, and Keswick quit and find new jobs. Sam asks Nona to stay at her apartment while Cat is away and Nona proves to be a dream roommate, by making lavish dinners, doing Sam's laundry, etc. At the magazine shoot, when another boy named Jet is poised to win the coveted cover photo, Cat becomes convinced he is wearing a wig and she tries to blow it off his head with a large fan. Instead, she makes Jet look even better and he is crowned the magazine's new cover boy. Cat tries to rip his wig off, but he is not wearing a wig and Cat gets arrested. Jet has to go to a scalp hospital and Dice gets the cover instead. Dice asks Sam to send Nona down to Arizona to bail Cat out of the police station before she is there for two weeks. Instead, Sam chooses to have Nona stay around for two more weeks while Cat sits in jail during that time.

The Upside Down Show	"Mini Golf"	David and Shane are baffled when a mysterious orange sphere (a mini golf ball) appears in their living room. At first, they think it is a planet and journey to outer space to return it. An alien explains that planets are much bigger, and the brothers fall back to Earth, accidentally dropping the ball with a pair of playful Schmuzzies. Next, the brothers think the orange thing is an orange fruit, but Mrs. Foil explains how real oranges are very different. David and Shane decide it must be a ball and try to play with it on a basketball court, but it does not bounce. Puppet uses the thing as "Yorick" for a Shakespearean monologue and tells the brothers what it actually is, prompting them to visit the mini golf course, where they play golf with Mrs. Foil.
Ni Hao, Kai-Lan	"Princess Kai-Lan"	The Monkey King needs Kai-Lan's help, as the foxes and bears are mad with each other and he doesn't know why. Kai-Lan and her animal friends embark on a journey to help fix the situation. During their adventure, they encounter a young bear cub and a young fox cub who quickly become best friends, but their own kinds won't let them see each other. Can Kai-Lan and her animal friends fix this predicament before it gets worse?
The Fresh Beat Band	"Dance-a-Thon"	Harper is hosting a dance contest. Whoever dances all night long will win all the money in a piggy bank. The Fresh Beats are really excited. They revisit some music videos of songs from past Season 3 episodes. Who will win the grand prize?
