Percy Robert Miller (born April 29, 1970), also known by his stage name Master P, is an American rapper, actor, record producer, philanthropist, and former basketball player. He is the founder of the record label No Limit Records.
On Nickelodeon, he played the role as Percy Miller in the sitcom Romeo! along with his son Romeo Miller.
