Wilhelmina "Mina" Harper is one of the titular characters from the Mina and the Count shorts on Oh Yeah! Cartoons. She is a little girl who befriend Vlad the Count.
Physical appearance[]
Mina is shown to be a 7-year-old girl with dark red hair in the form of a ponytail. Her attire is a red shirt with a skirt and white socks with red shoes.
Personality[]
Mina is shown to be a happy cheerful girl who loves to play and hangout with Vlad, however this doesn't mean she does get angry such as the time a classmate of her made fun of her when she told her class about Vlad being a vampire or real or jealous when Lucy's present would have Vlad look at her (not knowing that Vlad is tempted to drink Lucy's blood). She is sometime shown to be a tiny bit dense such as the time she was told dress like be a werewolf for a costume party by Igor when Vlad is called to court for being friends with her or when Vlad told her to hide as he told her that today's Igor's birthday and had to hide in the castle.
History[]
As established in the series pilot, "Interlude with a Vampire" (which instead premiered on Cartoon Network's What A Cartoon! Show), Mina was watching TV while laughing as her father told her it's time for bed, which she did as after drinking warm milk as she feel asleep.
Later that night a tall stranger arrived in her room and used his vampire powers to lure Mina out of her bed. During the scene Mina carried her blanket with her (Giving her the appearance of a older woman) as The Figure (who goes by Count) continue to hypnotize her until she let go of her blanket, resulting in The Count being confuse as he learned that Igor messed up the schedule as he thought Mina was name Nina and was 17. After she escape her trance, The Count tries to put her back to bed to continue he work, only for her to stop and want to play with him.
After a few hours of playing and doing tea parties, The court notice a boarding house for woman across the street and The Count tricked Mina to a game of Hide and Seek where she would count and he would hide (Not knowing that The Count would use this game as a way to get some blood) and flew to the Boarding House. However Mina followed him and not only caused him to loose his meal but get attacked by the Landlady as he and Mina returned back to her home where after Vlad tried to get himself together, Mina shook him, causing him to make a noise, resulting in her father going to her room and see her out of bed and with her toys.
Upon seeing Vlad (as a oversize doll) he asked her what exactly is it and she defended Vlad as her best friend. Afterwards her father put her back to bed and told her that it's almost dawn. Hearing that Vlad runs to the window, but not before using his powers to cover her with her blanket as she is seen shivering.
Mina was last seen still sleeping as she obtain Vlad's schedule and cross out the names of the other woman and replace it with her own name as the sunrises and the background of Vlad beating up Igor for what he did.
