Trivia[]
- Shea Fontana, a writer known for DC Super Hero Girls and Polly Pocket, is the showrunner.
- This incarnation is likely separate from the previous cartoon series, which was made up of short webisodes and longer TV specials.
- The series shares some similarities with Monster High: The Movie, but with a few inconsistencies:
- In the movie, Clawdeen has been accepted to Monster High; in the series, she discovers the school and tries to get in.
- In the movie, Draculaura's interest in witchcraft is exposed and eventually accepted; in the series, it is kept secret and only Clawdeen and Frankie are in on it.
