Calvin Coconuts Jr. is Luan's ventriloquist dummy on The Loud House. Luan considers him to be her soulmate, often using him in her comedy routines to deliver a joke, and even sometimes having conversations with him. He seems to be friends with Edwin (Lucy's vampire statue) and is also in a romantic relationship with Mrs. Appleblossom (Benny's marionette). At times, he appears to actually be alive, as he glares at one of Luan's puns, seemingly on his own, in the episode "Ties That Bind", and is later shown talking without anyone controlling him in "Stage Plight" and using a photo booth with Mrs. Appleblossom at the end of "A Pimple Plan".
In the episode "Doll Day Afternoon", it is revealed that Mr. Coconuts was created by a puppeteer named Calvin Coconuts Sr., who modeled him in his likeness. During a trip to Royal Woods, Calvin lost the dummy when it was stolen by a crow, who then inadvertently dropped it in front of the Loud family's house. Upon meeting Mr. Coconuts' original owner in the present day and learning the backstory, Luan decides to give him back to Calvin; however, Calvin, having retired a while ago and having seen how happy Luan is with Mr. Coconuts, allows her to keep him.
