Neil Patrick Harris (born June 15, 1973) is an American actor, singer, director and magician. His most notable works includes as the title character in Doogie Howser, M.D., Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother, and a fictionalized version of himself in the Harold & Kumar series.

He voiced Dr. Blowhole in three episodes of The Penguins of Madagascar.
