History[]

The channel first aired in December 20th, 1996. After a successful local test airing in Tijuana, Mexico, a week earlier. For the first 2 years, all shows dubbed used the same few voice actors. This changed in 1999, after a rebranding was made, changing studio employment from private, to public, thus allowing more people to dub their voices. All countries had used the same voice actors, except for Chile, which had used their own voice actors due to the diversity of Chilean Spanish.
