Nickelodeon Preschool Group[1] (formerly Nick Jr. Productions[2]) is the production company for the preschool Nick Jr. brand, owned by Paramount Global. Since 1989, they have produced many series for the preschool audience, both animated and live-action (with some of their series even involving both mediums). Some of their most popular series include Blue's Clues, Dora the Explorer, The Backyardigans, and Bubble Guppies. They have also been credited on some non-original series acquired for Nick Jr., such as Max & Ruby, Peppa Pig, and PAW Patrol, despite not producing or owning these shows outright. Similar to Nickelodeon's Nicktoons brand, all original animated series by Nickelodeon Preschool are created and produced at Nickelodeon Animation Studio.
