While Nickipedia is open to anyone to edit, we do have some policies and guidelines that we would ask that you follow. Before using the Wiki, you may want to make yourself familiar with the following articles:

Although they are not necessary to begin contributing, you may want to eventually know the policies described in the following pages:
Becoming Active
Although many people may pop in on occasion to spell-check an article or add a bit of information they just found, some will want to become an active part of the community here on Nickipedia. To this end, there are several ways that you can become a regular and valued contributor.
Cleanup
Cleanup is one of the most important things that can be done for the articles in the L5R Wiki. While adding information is important, it is also important that the information be presented in an organized and aesthetic way. An ugly, disorganized article doesn't help anyone out, and actually might drive people away from the Wiki.
To this end, if you find an article that needs some serious attention and don't have the time, knowledge, or resources to do it yourself, add the article to the list at Nickelodeon:Cleanup. And when you find time, please go through the list there and find some articles about which you are knowledgeable and see what you can do to clean them up.
Discussion
Any discussion about certain articles will generally go on the Talk page for the article in question. Any general questions about Nickipedia and its policies and procedures should go in the Forums. For any specific questions, feel free to ask one of the Administrators, but expect that questions to them may end up moved to the Forums anyway.
