Lists of programs are not seen as adding any value to Nickipedia. These lists by their very nature can never be complete, as network lineups change constantly. The volume of editors on Nickipedia is too low to attempt to keep these lists up-to-date, and the few who do edit these pages have historically spent a great deal of time arguing amongst themselves over changes. Editors are encouraged, rather than spending time maintaining these lists, to search through Category:Cleanup to find some articles in need of their attention.

On occasion, the programs Rugrats and SpongeBob SquarePants aired as marathons during Nick at Nite special events in the 1990s and 2000s. This has also occurred during crossovers with Nickelodeon special programming where the Nickelodeon programming bleeds into the regular Nick at Nite timeslot. As of March 2024, SpongeBob regularly airs on Nick at Nite at 6:30 AM every weekday and weekend mornings from 6:00-7:00 AM. From October 5-November 12, 2021, The Smurfs also regularly aired at 6:30 AM on weekdays.

This is a list of television programs broadcast by Nickelodeon in the United States. The channel was first tested on December 1, 1977, as an experimental local channel in Columbus, Ohio. On April 1, 1979, the channel expanded into a national network named Nickelodeon.
The first program broadcast on Nickelodeon was Pinwheel, a preschool series created by Dr. Vivian Horner, who also conceived the idea for the channel itself.[1] At its launch, Nickelodeon was commercial-free and mainly featured educational shows. By 1984, the channel began accepting traditional advertisements and introduced more entertainment-focused programming.[2] In January 1988, the network launched a weekday morning block for preschoolers called Nick Jr., which carried Pinwheel and other educational series. Around the same time, Nickelodeon started to invest in its own original animated shows, which eventually premiered in 1991 under the "Nicktoons" branding. Since then, the channel has consistently aired a mix of original live-action and animated titles.
