Noelani Makani is Tito Makani’s cousin who later becomes Ray Rocket’s new wife and Reggie and Otto‘s stepmother on Rocket Power. She appears in the episode "The Big Day" when she and Raymundo are planning their wedding day. Reggie isn’t very happy about Noelani marrying her dad and while she‘s helping pick out the wedding cake, a woman asked her if she wanted to help her mom pick out the cake which causes her to lose her temper and says “She's not my mom and she'll never will be.” Which has her storm out of the bakery in a huff. But after a while she openly accepts Noelani as her stepmother.
