Noggin Hour[1] was a programming block that aired on the Nick Jr. Channel from May 2021 until May 2023. It was a block of shows from the Noggin streaming service, including Noggin Knows and Kinderwood. Noggin interstitials played during commercial breaks, and a purple screen bug reading "On Noggin" was shown toward the beginning of each show.
Occasionally, the block ran for two hours; on these days, the NickJr.com schedule listed the block under an alternate title: "Noggin Presents."
History[]
The block was created to advertise the Noggin streaming service. It premiered on May 28, 2021. Kinderwood and Noggin Knows were the first two shows to air as part of the block. This was a weekly block, seen on Friday mornings.
The block last aired on May 26, 2023.[2] However, one of Noggin's acquired shows (JoJo & Gran Gran) continued to air on the Nick Jr. channel for a few months afterward, leaving on September 17, 2023.
