Oona is one of the main characters from Bubble Guppies. She is a sweet, sincere and gentle little girl who's emphatic and aware of other people's emotions. She would be the most likely to show concern for a sick friend, to notice when someone is feeling down, care to a pet or a plant. Her best friend is likely to be Nonny as they frequently play together. When not around Nonny, Oona usually hangs out with Molly and Deema.
Oona finds limitless wonder in the world around her, normally being the guppy to ask Mr. Grouper a question and always being excited to learn the answer.

Oona has a peach-colored skin and brown eyes. Her hair is purple which has two pigtails and she wears a pink star fish on the left side.
