Orange Screen (also known as Technicolor Madness 2.0) is the eighteenth (seventeenth if excluding pre-Nickelodeon) branding era of Nickelodeon. It debuted on September 18, 2015 (with a soft rebrand) and January 15, 2016 (with an official rebrand), replacing the Technicolor Madness era. It was replaced with Kids First on March 11, 2017.

Technicolor Madness wasn't fully replaced with this era, as the years still use as their 8-bit, and Cut-Out bumpers (until January 14, 2016) and their Up Next banners from that era.

Bumpers and Promos[]

More rolled out over the years until the Kids First era in 2017. These feature characters from Nick's live action shows with various props. The bumpers are set in a orange screen (similar to the green screen). You will see the characters cheer, dance, or whatever. Orange was used a lot more in these bumpers, while cyan, magenta, yellow, and even green are almost nonexistent. You need a really keen keen eye to find them. The Nickelodeon logo is almost always white. The "Nickelodeon" and "Nick" logos are used conversely. Various artists created bumpers for this series to promote Nicktoons. Paul Robertson: whose bumpers consist of 16-bit style animations of Nicktoons characters. Vincy Cheung: whose bumpers are stop motion, using Wooden toys of the characters. Jason Clarke: whose bumpers are morphs of the characters in a 2D hand-drawn style. Philippa Rice: whose bumpers are stop motion, but use wooly plushies of Nicktoons. Kyle Huber: who only made one live-action bumper for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012), that consist of real turtles dressed like the TMNTs. Jennifer Lew: who also only made one bumper for SpongeBob SquarePants. This is similar to Philippa Rice's style. Natalie Koromoto: who also also made one bumper for SpongeBob SquarePants. It include Spongebob, Patrick, and Sandy in a cute modern style.

Circles[]

The Circles bumpers were introduced in 2015, alongside the orange screen bumpers. They are similar to the Circle bumpers in Whitespace, except they overlap with each other. The bumpers end with the orange "Nick" logo in a white circle.

Effects[]

The Effects bumpers were introduced in 2016, and are used alongside the orange screen bumpers. They consist of different textures applied to the Nickelodeon logo and the background.

TV shows[]

There was a sheer increase in live-action shows, there were more of them than Nicktoons!
