Paramount International Networks (PIN)[1] is the international division of Paramount Global. The division oversees the production, broadcasting and promotion of key Paramount Global's brands outside of the United States. These brands include Paramount Network, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, BET and Colors TV, as well as CBS-branded channels, which are co-owned with AMC Networks International. The division of ViacomCBS that operates various children's television channels around the world: Nickelodeon, NickToons, TeenNick and Nick Jr. Channel. In addition, the division is responsible for operating Nick Radio.
The networks' headquarters are located in New York City and London. Other international offices are located in São Paulo, Berlin, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Madrid, Milan, Mumbai, Paris, Singapore, Budapest and Sydney amongst others. Its first international offices opened in the late 1980s in London and Amsterdam with the launch of MTV Europe. It was created from a rebrand of Viacom's MTV Networks, which included MTV, BET, VH1 and Nickelodeon, to include Comedy Central. Robert Bakish has been President of VIMN since 2011, having held various roles at Viacom since 1997.

The international channels brands the on-air look consistently to the Nickelodeon brand. Individual channel managers are allowed to develop schedules and marketing programs to allow for the children's preferences in the market. Additional, local programming is acquired that meet Nickelodeon's standards which is a difficult. After a program is successful in a market, the program's format may be developed for other Nickelodeon Channels' market viewing tastes.
