Paula Dullard is the mother of Sammy and the ex-wife of Doug. In Extreme Nerd, Paula reveals she has a crush on Tito because they were blushing after Sam won the competition and they both hugged. It's unknown if they're dating or that they are too shy to ask each other out. Paula was voiced by Jennifer Hale.

Paula is your typical, overprotective mother. She constantly babies and worries about Sam's well being even in trivial situations. One such instance was her enrolling Sam into the Junior Life Guards after freaking out over a fishing film.
