Peter Cugno (born December 20, 1969, pronounced "koon-yo") is a Canadian comedian, musician, and voice-over artist who has recorded comedic commentaries and song parodies for several Canadian radio stations, including CFNY, CJXY, and CKFM as part of the Humble & Fred morning show. On Nickelodeon, he is the voice of Francois Turbot in PAW Patrol. He has also played various incidental roles, like the Waiter Bot.
