Philece P. Sampler (July 16, 1953 - July 1, 2021) was an American voice actress and television actress who got her start as Renee DiMera on the serial Days of Our Lives, and then as Donna Love Hudson on the soap opera Another World. Her credits include various anime characters. She also went by the aliases of Sue Beth Arden, Victoria Pryne, and Debra Cunningham.
On Nickelodeon, she was best known for voicing the elderly Toph Beifong on The Legend of Korra. She also voiced Emma in the Rugrats episode "He Saw, She Saw" and Mildred Scalise in The Loud House episode "Recipe for Disaster".
Sampler died at the age of 67 on July 1, 2021, after suffering a heart attack.
