Polka Dots is a main character from Blue's Room. He was formerly Blue's stuffed animal until the episode "The Legend of the Blue Puppy" when he was brought to life.
Appearance[]
Polka Dots is mostly a celadon color with purple and pink spots. The ends of his arms and legs are periwinkle. His nose is purple and his eyes are black.
