Rainbow SpA is an Italian studio jointly owned by Viacom (Nickelodeon's parent company) and Iginio Straffi. Viacom became a co-owner of the company in February 2011.[1]

As a part of Viacom, the studio has co-produced the Nickelodeon shows Club 57 and Winx Club, as well as the Nickelodeon pilots "Crazy Block" and "My American Friend". Nickelodeon networks are also the home for Rainbow's other shows, including 44 Cats and Huntik: Secrets & Seekers. Through Viacom, Rainbow films have been released through Paramount Pictures.

Rainbow is also the Italian licensing agent for all of Nickelodeon's properties.
