Rainbow SpA is an Italian studio. Nickelodeon's parent company, Viacom (now known as Paramount), became a co-owner of Rainbow in February 2011.[1]
As a part of Viacom, the studio co-produced the Nickelodeon shows Club 57 and Winx Club, as well as the Nickelodeon pilots "Crazy Block" and "My American Friend". Nickelodeon networks are also the home for Rainbow's other shows, including 44 Cats, Regal Academy and Huntik: Secrets & Seekers. Through Viacom, Rainbow films have been released through Paramount Pictures.
Rainbow acts as the Italian licensing agent for all of Nickelodeon's properties.
