Randall Darius "Randy" Jackson (born June 23, 1956) is an American bassist, singer, record producer, music manager, A&R executive, and television personality. He is best known as a judge on American Idol and executive producer for MTV's America's Best Dance Crew. Jackson has won a Grammy Award as a producer.
He and then-fellow Idol judge Simon Cowell are among the celebrities who wished All That a happy tenth anniversary on Nickelodeon's All That 10th Anniversary Reunion Special.
He voices Poof at the very end of A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!, when the baby fairy finally speaks his first words.
