Raoul Rodriguez is Twister and Lars' father, Sandy's husband and Clio and Scotty's uncle. His occupation is unknown.
He is voiced by Carlos Alazraqui.
Physical Appearance[]
Raoul looks slightly muscular though he looks like a bit husky. He wears a green blazer, a stripe shirt, a red necktie, blue pants and light-blue shoes. He has black hair and a black mustache. In Twister's hat, he wears a light-purple shirt, brown slacks, light-purple sneakers and has a wristwatch on his left hand.
