Rex Pester is a nosy and arrogant news reporter and the secondary antagonist in The Rugrats Movie, voiced by Tim Curry. As his surname suggests, he hampers the adults' efforts to find the babies and Spike. He mispronounces the babies' names as well as mistaking the Reptar Wagon for a horse.
