Robert Jason Costanzo (born October 20, 1942) is an American film, television and voice actor. He has an acting career spanning over forty years and is often found playing surly New York City types such as crooks, low-level workers and policemen, and mixes both drama and comedy roles. He is also a prominent voice actor and often serves as a voice double for Danny DeVito.
For Nickelodeon, he played Mr. Maniaci in the Kenan & Kel episode, "Safe and Sorry", and voiced Vinnie in the Rugrats episode "Looking for Jack", Mr. Schinkenslayer in Cousin Skeeter "Two Men and a Baby Pig", the Easter Bunny in The Fairly OddParents, Chef Bob in As Told by Ginger, and Bossman in Random! Cartoons episode "Flavio".
