Roxana Xylina Ortega (born August 11, 1973) is an American actress, voice-over artist, producer and screenwriter. Roxana is credited for her roles in Evan Almighty, New Girl, Rules of Engagement, and many more. Besides her acting skills, Roxie lends her voice to video game characters as well.
For Nickelodeon, she voices the role of Frida Casagrande on The Casagrandes and The Loud House. She was also the original voice of Carlitos Casagrande, but was replaced by Cristina Milizia after The Casagrandes episode ¨Operation Dad".
