Scissors is one of the three titular characters of Rock, Paper, Scissors. As his name states, he is a pair of scissors.
He is voiced by Carlos Alazraqui.

Scissors is a pale blue, anthropomorphized pair of scissors with silver blades for his mouth with white teeth. He also has black hair. For attire, he wears a black leather jacket, and sunglasses.
Personality[]
Scissors is often cool and calm, just like Paper. But when Rock and Scissors himself tried to do a "jump jump kick", as mentioned in "Paper’s Big Lie", Paper said to both Rock and Scissors “somehow you two are dumber together.” This shows that Scissors is pretty stupid, just like one of his friends Rock. Despite this, as shown in some episodes like "Car Wash", Scissors considers himself to be smart like Paper, and both of them heavily debate over who's the smartest.
