Sheryl Rockmore is the kind mother of Kenan and Kyra and the wife of Roger Rockmore on Kenan & Kel. She also seems to know what Kenan and Kel are up to. She is more patient with Kel than her husband is. Sheryl is a and she'd rather talk out problems with Kenan than punish him though she has her anger in several episodes in the show.
