Oroku Saki, better known as the Shredder, is the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' main nemesis. He is a large man who sports a suit of armor that comes with a helmet that shields his face. His minions are the Krang and Dog Pound, a large mutant resembling an Akita, a Japanese breed of dog.
Abilities[]
The Shredder is far above what a normal human is capable of. He is considerably stronger then any of the mutants the Turtles have had to face, thus making him stronger than Mutagen Man who was strong enough to hurl and destroy cars, and proved to be much stronger than Leatherhead, a giant crocodile. To further cement is incredibly superhuman strength and endurance, Shredder even survived getting blasted with a rocket launcher without any noticeable injury, and continued to defeat the Turtles all at once in single combat, without breaking a sweat. He is incredibly fast as well, and was able to move so swift that he appeared to be completely invisible to Leonardo.
His overwhelming strength and speed is backed up by his immense skill. The Shredder is among the most skilled martial artists in the world, so skilled in fact that he makes other, qualified masters such as Chris Bradford and Tiger Claw seem like jokes in comparison to his might. The only one to be able to match Shedder in a one-on-one fight is his lifelong rival, Hamato Yoshi, who Shredder had to resort to cheap tactics in order to defeat.
Shredder has also been shown to be rather intelligent and very cunning. He ran a criminal empire for several years and has devised some very cunning traps in his days.
