Stephen Lee "Steve" Viksten (July 19, 1960 - June 23, 2014) was an American producer, voice actor, and writer, best known for his work on Hey Arnold! He wrote 65 episodes of the show plus Hey Arnold!: The Movie, and also provided the voices of Oskar Kokoshka, Caesar, and other characters. He was also a writer in the early years of Rugrats.
Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie was dedicated in memory of Viksten.
