Svën Höek is Ren's clumsy cousin from Europe. He first appeared in season two's episode of the same name.
He is shown to be good friends with Stimpy in his debut appearance. In this debut, he's revealed to be just as clumsy and dimwitted as Stimpy.
Trivia
- Sven is voiced by Billy West, who was also the voice of Stimpy, and in the later episodes of the series, Ren.
- While Sven was a one-shot character in the show, he became a regular in the comic books.
