Svën Höek is Ren's clumsy cousin from Europe. He first appeared in season two's episode of the same name and made a background cameo in a later episode.
He is shown to be good friends with Stimpy in his debut appearance. In this debut, he's revealed to be just as clumsy and dimwitted as Stimpy, which drives Ren insane, since he thought Sven was as smart as him.
