Physical editions[]

Each version of the game was released by Limited Run Games in three different variant editions - the Standard Edition, the Classic Edition, and the Radical Edition - with an exclusive fourth variant, the PC Big Box Edition, for the PC version. All editions contain a physical copy of the game, with an art booklet, sprite stickers of the playable characters, and a coupon for a free personal pan pizza at Pizza Hut included in the case.[1] The Classic Edition comes in a box resembling a VHS tape and also includes a steelbook.[2] The Radical Edition, in addition to the extra stuff included in the Classic Edition, includes the following extras:[3]

  • Blister box packaging (resembling the packaging of the original TMNT action figures) with a trap door on the back to easily remove the game
  • A miniature arcade cabinet that plays the game's trailer
  • A CD of the game's soundtrack
  • A strategy guide
  • An 18" x 24" poster
  • A 3D shadow box
  • The Toon Shredder action figure (originally released by Playmates in 1992)

The PC Big Box Edition includes the game on a CD and USB stick, plus a Blu-ray-sized steelbook and a mouse pad.[4]
