Clifford Maurice "Cliff" Feltbottom, Ignatius "Lube" Catfield-McDog, and Shriek DuBois are the main antagonists on CatDog, collectively known as The Greaser Dogs, or simply The Greasers. They are a trio of local bullies who are always looking to give a pounding to anyone weaker than them, especially CatDog.

Cliff

Cliff is the muscular, leather jacket-wearing leader of the Greasers. He is very short tempered and speaks with a Brooklyn accent, similar to Winslow. Cliff enjoys beating people up and will almost always succeed in causing pain. Though he is easily distracted, he usually gets his way.

Cliff once got a taste of his own medicine when Eddie the Squirrel was accidentally glued to his jacket, which turned them into "Squirrel Dog" and got him kicked him out of the Greasers because now he was a two-headed freak. Cliff learned the pain of being an outcast and what CatDog go through. However, once he was free of Eddie (which happened simply by taking his jacket off), he returned to his old bullying ways and rejoined the Greasers. In another episode, when he was trapped under a massive weight for several days, Cliff made a solemn vow to never bully anyone (especially CatDog) again should he escape this fate, though it did not last very long. Later episodes reveal softer sides of Cliff, such as his love for ballet and cashmere. He is also shown to have a niece, whom he makes CatDog babysit in the episode "Adventures in Greaser Sitting".

Lube

Lube is a hound who is the slowest-witted member of the trio, often forgetting what he's saying. Despite his dimwitted nature, Lube is musically talented and is fluent in Spanish, and also works part-time as a mechanic. In "CatDog and the Great Parent Mystery", it is revealed that he, like CatDog themselves, was separated from his parents at a young age, and that his mother is a cat. He is also revealed to have a sister, whom Cat was almost forced into marrying. Lube also has a nephew who appears in the episode "Back to School".

Shriek

Shriek is a poodle with blonde, poofy hair and is possibly the smartest of the trio. Though she is as tough and loyal as the other two, she harbors a secret crush on Dog, who is unaware of this, and as a result only attacks Cat. In the episode "Rich Shriek, Poor Shriek", it is revealed that she comes from a rich family, but she despised the posh life, and so she left home and became a Greaser. In the episode "Back to School", it is revealed that she has a niece named Squeak, who greatly resembles her.
