The Thundermans is a superhero-themed live-action comedy television series that began airing on Nickelodeon on October 14, 2013. Created by Jed Spingarn, the series officially premiered on November 2, 2013. It stars Kira Kosarin, Jack Griffo, Addison Riecke, Diego Velazquez, Chris Tallman and Rosa Blasi.
The preview episode received 2.4 million viewers, and the series premiere received 2.6 million viewers. On December 20, 2013, the series was renewed for a second season.
