Tommy Davidson (born November 10, 1963) is an American comedian, film and television actor. He is best known as a performer on the sketch comedy show In Living Color.
He is also best known as the voice of Oscar Proud on Disney's The Proud Family, a show originally piloted for Nickelodeon.
He appeared in the November 29, 1997 episode of All That playing "Grandy", Randy's grandfather in a "Cooking with Randy" sketch.
