Nickelodeon Toon Twister 3-D is a video game released in 2003 for PC with which the player can create their own 3D cartoons using several characters and scenes from Rugrats, SpongeBob SquarePants, The Fairly OddParents, and The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius.
The game features unique sound clips, animations, and scenes which the player may use to construct simple videos. Movies can be created using an in-game timeline and editing tools. To make characters talk though, it would be from pre-rendered sentences, or from a USB Microphone.

- This is the first crossover video game to feature characters from The Fairly OddParents.
- The game released the same day as Tak and the Power of Juju.
- Gary the Snail is the only character not be be a 3D model character; instead, he appears as a 2D sprite character.
- For some reason, Jimmy, Cindy, Carl, and Libby used their appearances from the movie instead of this from the TV show.
- The voice clip of Patrick's yelling is later reused again on the GBA version of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie video game if SpongeBob and him loses a life from running out of health.
