Victoria is a tall and pear-shaped black african-american woman with a curvaceous body with wide hips, aqua-blue eyes and long, spiked dyed turquoise hair with equally spiky bangs. Her makeup consists of sparkly-pink eyeshadow, ruby-red lipstick, and purple nail polish which is painted on her finger nails.
Her attire consists of a pair of sparkly-purple-framed glasses with small spikes on them, and a black and white striped three-quarter-sleeved black jacket with a purple design on the back, worn over a fuchsia-pink shirt with an purple atom graphic printed on the front. She also wore a set of high-waisted black denim short-shorts, fishnet stockings over turquoise tights, and over-the-knee black boots with belt straps that sport silver buckles. She accessories with a large black studded choker around her neck and fingerless purple gloves on her hands. She is seen wearing a black rope magnetic necklace with a series of meteor crystals hanging from it, thus providing her superpowers.
When she was in Jail, she was also wearing a one piece orange jail uniform (just like Mayor Humdinger's) with a shirt with white long sleeves underneath it and the orange also matches her uniform shoes. She also doesn't wear her choker and gloves when dressed in the jail attire uniform.
