Wallace Eugene Wingert (born May 6, 1961) is an American actor, voice actor, singer, and former radio personality who has done numerous voice roles in animated films, as well as various television series.
For Nickelodeon, he voiced Almighty Tallest Red in Invader Zim and Alex in The Penguins of Madagascar, and did additional voices on Rugrats, All Grown Up, My Life as a Teenage Robot. He also replaced the late Steve Viksten as the voice of Oskar Kokoshka in Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie.
He has also been the voice of Jon Arbuckle in the CGI animated Garfield films and The Garfield Show, though it is unknown if he will reprise the role for Nickelodeon's upcoming Garfield series.
