Willard Carroll "Will" Smith, Jr. (born September 25, 1968), also known by his stage name The Fresh Prince, is an American actor, producer, and rapper. He has enjoyed success in television, film and music. In April 2007, Newsweek called him the most powerful actor in Hollywood. Smith has been nominated for four Golden Globe Awards, two Academy Awards, and has won multiple Grammy Awards.

He was first on Nickelodeon when he was nominated for Favorite Television Actor for his work on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air at the 1991 Kids' Choice Awards and won. He was nominated again in 1993 and 1996 in the same category. For the 1997 ceremonies he was nominated for Favorite Movie Actor for his work in Independence Day and was presented the Hall of Fame Award. In 1998, he was nominated for and won Favorite Movie Actor once again, this time as Agent J in Men in Black. His nominations in 1999 focused on his music, being nominated and winning for Favorite Singer while two of his songs, "Miami" and Gettin' Jiggy wit It" were nominated for Favorite Song.

In 2000 he was nominated as Favorite Movie Actor for Wild Wild West as James West. He won for Favorite Male Singer and his song for the movie won Favorite Song and Favorite Song From a Movie. He was once again nominated in 2003 for Favorite Movie Actor as Agent J in Men in Black II and won the first Wannabe Award. In 2005, he was nominated for his role in Shark Tale as Oscar in the category Favorite Voice from an Animated Movie category. That year, he also performed his song "Switch". The next year, he won Favorite Movie Actor for his role as Hitch in the film of the same name. He was also nominated for Favorite Male Singer. He was once again nominated for Favorite Male Actor for the 2007 ceremonies, this time as Chris Gardner in The Pursuit of Happiness. At the 2008 Awards, he, his daughter Willow Smith, and his younger son Jaden Smith introduced Miley Cyrus's performance of G.N.O (Girl's Night Out). The following year, he was once again a nominee and winner, this time as Favorite Movie Actor as John Hancock in Hancock.

On March 31, 2012, he hosted that year's Kids' Choice Awards. He returned as Agent J in Men in Black III.

In 2019, he portrayed Genie in the 2019 Live-Action remake of Aladdin.
